7:30 am – Track gates open
8:00 Meet with your coach to discuss what skills you would like to work on.
Coach will explain track etiquette, review the track circuit and explain track flags
8:30 Conduct a basic rider assessment

9:00 Track goes HOT and the fun starts
11 - 12 Lunch Break
12:00 Assess progress on skills and make adjustments
